John informs me that most of the old houses below have been demolished, so the photo's are an historic reminder of a recent period in the history of Dalton. | The photo above is the Bughut (The Palace Cinema) which was the main attraction [ if we had the money ] for us as Kids. It was the local Catholic Club back in the late 1960's and early 1970's after it was closed as a cinema. | |
