The Linage of Dennis Burgin |
|
After seeing the Burgin family on the census records on this site Dennis became interested in his family tree and linage. The Burgins were a very well known respected family both in Thrybergh and Dalton in the last century. In his research Dennis has taken his linage back five Generations, starting with Dennis here is that linage. Dennis Burgin Geoffrey Burgin [ Father ] Charles Burgin [ Grandfather ] Robert Burgin [ Great Grandfather ] Edwin Burgin [ Great great Grandfather ] Dennis also found out that his great
Uncle Bertie Halford worked at Silverwood colliery, and may have been
killed in an accident at the mine in the 1930's |

I would like to express my thanks to Dennis for sharing the above photos and information. |
